A pleasurable stay, COVID19 secure, track and trace in place for your protection. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We did ask for food forgetting service had stopped at 9pm. Despite this the staff still catered for us. Thank you to you all. Breakfast is currently GRAB and go of which I have uploaded pics. Free parking outside. Stay safe all and do your part. 👍🏻

Great location as easy to get to the walking locations we had planned. Near to town centre and supermarket up the road as well which came in very handy to grab some bits. Rooms appeared to be clean. Don't believe the remote was from looking at it so had to give it a clean myself. Wifi was awful and kept cutting out. Would have expected a much better connection for a Doubletree. No oats/muesli which I thought was standard as seen in pretty much every hotel I have stayed at. Ran out of yoghurt which I find unacceptable. I know it was towards the end of when breakfast finishes but don't understand how they can completely run out. On a positive, staff were great and extremely polite and helpful. The welcome cookie was a lovely touch. Freshly baked and very delicious!

Bedroom very comfortable. Lounge area very disappointing. Evening meal only served in lounge no restaurant open very limited menu.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great signposting with regard to social distancing/safety of both staff and guests. Staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious with lots of choice. Taxi into centre costs £8-£10, we used Uber. Felt a bit sorry for the barman having to wear a mask all the time, suggest a screen for the bar just like reception with a collection point at the end of the bar for drinks. Will definitely stay here again.
