Our third time as a family spent here. First time in Meadow Byre and the last two years in The Manor. Highly recommend Sutton Baynham. Lynda & Geoff have created a truly idyllic countryside setting of nicely located Barn converted dwellings. Comfortable and tasteful interiors, all essential equipment available. Very peaceful, amazing views and truly relaxing. You soon feel at home when you arrive, you won't want to leave! Whilst there, also highly recommend Mark's Falconry experience - this guy is a professional ornithologist, wonderful birds. Swayze the snowy owl and Hugo the Barn owl are my daughters' favourites. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
Excellent quality and hosts
Amazing place
Stayed in Orchard Barn and had a great stay. Linda is very helpful and provided a fabulous welcome pack of local goodies. Quality of the linens and facilities were excellent. Lovely walking straight out of the door and plenty to do in the area.
Our stay was great but was ruined by events we had no control over, we woke following a very windy night and a door was broken, we hadn't broken it however we were told we had to pay for it, we asked for quotes to be forwarded and we would advise on further action, some weeks after our stay without having received any form of contact Linda with out consent took the money to pay for the repairs off of the card that had been used to pay the bill, against new GDPR regulations she had kept bank card details and then used without consent. I suggest if using a card to pay you ask for the details to be destroyed as per GDPR regulations.
