Dirty toilet floor, carpet, even the surfaces of the furnitures. I had to literally empty one pack of antibacterial wipes, one kitchen towel roll and half a bottle of antibacterial spray to finally use the room. We checked in after 6 pm, there was not bedroom bin. I had to ask for. On the next morning when my husband complained about the dirty things, they said they will clean it once we are out. 10:20 am I left the room and informed them, 1 pm I came back, they didn't clean the room. When I have raised the issue, the manager was being very rude to me saying "we cannot clean it that quickly, we have 30 more rooms to clean." That means he doesn't even care about the guest who are already in the hotel. I left again and came again at 3 pm and you know what it wasn't clean yet. That's so disgusting. I don't know what I should do.

I haven't stayed here as yet so sure the rooms are clean and tidy, however their poor customer service and lack of information is the reason for my bad review. I booked on booking.com as came up as pet friendly. No mention of additional costs and had the paw print all the way through so knew it was indeed dog friendly. Booked it, the next day I had a very long email from them telling me it will be an additional £20 per day charge for the dog, I emailed them back asking for them to show me where it mentioned this charge before booking (otherwise I wouldn't have booked and gone elsewhere to another hotel that didn't charge extra for dogs). They have not answered my question and keep telling me about the charge. I just think it's very cheeky to add on a charge after someone has already booked it with no mention of it before. I can't cancel my booking otherwise they will charge me in full! You have to be upfront and honest with any additional costs BEFORE someone books!

Great location, reasonable price, let down service and car park. Will do with better cleaning, splashed ketchup on the walls and bed frame. Room was not cleand even though we put note on the door.
