Hotel is spread over a small area of Cheltenham in several properties which, after finding the reception, the room was initially difficult to find. Receptionist and help number provided where helpful directing. Room was fairly small (not a big problem) but it also contained the boiler for the hotel so was overly warm and noisey when others used the hot water. Room was behind the bathroom so all noises can be made out. Large gap around door and an over sensitive hall light meant alot of light leaking into the room.

If you need a place in the centre of the city that is not pricey this is ok. Some rooms are even nice. If you get lucky on booking.

This place was the most horrible experience we have had. We travel extensively and I have never had such issues with booking accom as this place. We booked and 30 mins later cancelled as the service given was not what we expected. We were told there was parking in 2 places near the accom but it was booked out so parking was not an option and if we could have parked we would have needed a bus to get us to the accom. We were told if we had trouble finding the room they would help as we had to collect the keys from another place. We had trouble finding it and told they were busy so no one was able to help us. We asked if they could relocate us but they were booked out so we optioned to cancel the booking and go somewhere else. I have sent several emails requesting a refund as this did not work out but they refuse. DO NOT BOOK with this company as they do not give an acceptable service.
