Great stay, perfect location to base in Cheltenham. Lots of restaurants around within walking distance . Car park 3 Min walk. We had the Siena suite which was nice with a massive bed and out door seating area. Access code given was simple to let ourselves in. Unfortunately some stuff had to be removed from the room due to Covid and no breakfast provided but this was understandable. Great stay .

I advised the hotel of issues I had with leaking tap dripping all night, not the room I was promised, no prosecco in the fridge etc and asked what was going to be done regarding my issues and I have been informed with no correspondence to my question. Will not stay here again unfortunately and would advise others not to if this is how the customer service is going forward. I also explained our issues to the receptionist on the way out of the hotel and they did not seem bothered. They are happy to take a 200 pound deposit and the payment for your room but any issues on your behalf are not delt with. A shame really as it was not cheap and if I had some sort of answer or refund I would use again if issues were corrected and I was assured this would never happen.

We had a great nights stay. The Napoli Suite was great and the supplied breakfast supplies where a nice touch. Location wise it's perfect, especially for Cheltenham Jazz Festival. We'll be staying here again.
