Receptionist was a bit slow! Other than that, perfect location.
Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars! The customer service is appalling. A friend of mine wanted to cancel a reservation placed in a friend's name as they guest in question had passed away. The member of staff by the name of Emma was extremely rude, difficult and unwilling to understand the situation. The hotel have refused to cancel the booking and are more than happy to take money for a deceased guest! Absolutely disgusting, will be sharing this experience with the local newspaper! No one I know will stay at a premier Inn again. They have caused an unnecessary about of distress to my friend and her family. Unacceptable! Zero stars!
Friendly and amazing staff. Perfect location for shopping or travelling by bus.
Stayed on the 26/08/2020. Very clean and wonderful, helpful and professional staff with special thanks to the manager who helped when we thought we'd left something in the room. Thank you and we will be back!
