Wilson House Holiday Park

Absolutely delightful little site! Everything was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet area, great for a spot of birdwatching with all the migrating geese nearby. Facilities were excellent (fantastic toilets!), such a shame we couldn't use the honesty bar, but it's a great concept. Will definitely visit again, so reasonably priced and well kept.

Great site in beautiful countryside. Great dog exercise field & walk aroynd lake & paddock with horses. showers & toilets excellent. Great laundry. Fully serviced pitches. Staff very efficient & friendly.

Fabulous caravan park with super wide pitches with fresh and waste water! It's also great for dogs with the dog walk field. The shower and toilet block were fab too along with the lounge honesty bar. To top it off their staff are super! 😜

Immaculately clean and well maintained site exclusively for Adults. The owners are so friendly, enthusiastic and go out of their way to help. They clearly want the site to be the best it can be and this shows by their constant additions to the included facilities. The toilet and shower facilities are spotless and modern, more boutique hotel than camp site. They have individual toilet and shower cubicles and also wet rooms with toilet, shower and sink. The shower heads are all monsoon showers and are brilliant! The have an on site 'honesty bar" where guests can sit and read, play games or even enjoy Karaoke, drinks are self service and you put the money through the till yourself. They're in the process of adding a social BBQ area with free to use Gas and Charcoal BBQ's, outdoor picnic tables, washing up facilities and a "bring your own drink" bar inside! For those who love to fish they have a newly opened fishing lake with ample individual piers to set up on. They're also opening a bait shop next to the lake with outdoor seating and snack bar! Dog owners will love the secure enclosed dog exercise field which will soon have agility equipment and a dog photo opportunity! It's ideally located within a short drive of several towns and villages for shops, takeaways, supermarkets, pubs etc and lots of great walks on hand too. Really can't recommend this site enough! We wanted to extend our stay for a further 4 nights but unfortunately the site was fully booked. We'll definitely be back again though!

The lodge is great. Lots of room, nicely decorated and really cosy and comfortable. The honesty bar is great too. Only problem is the amount of flies that are here. No latter how many we kill there are more the next day.
