My room was lovely. Very clean and a very very comfortable bed. Heating worked really well too. Would stay again
Good size room. 1 x too many beds. No need for a 3rd bed only needed 2. Good customer service. Breakfast was also really good.
Overall I really like PI. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything needed for an evening in. This one had no food options due to Covid but were welcoming of any take out orders so again not an issue. Where it lost 2 stars in my opinion is the bathroom had two long hairs around the bath walls. With covid I am being picky here but it did make me wash the cups and wipe the surfaces myself before I ate in the room.
Not overly concerned or worried but it just doesn't quite tie in with the welcome letter left in the room with all their additional measures.
Only for business customers who are working. And older premier inn. Has no lift. During current lock down restaurant is closed. There is a drive through Macdonald's and Costa within 1 min, plus a Lidl within 3 mins walk.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming!
The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s was really easy checking in and out, no fuss especially with the current virus situation. I would stay here again and recommend it.
I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as there is traffic noise from silly boy racers but the actually premier inn was great.
