Rooms always clean and fresh. Bedding crisp and fresh. Staff so lovely and friendly. Credit to new young man on nights. Helped me immensely Christmas night by opening all doors through reception area and opening room door for me. I was carrying my elderly dog and it really helped, credit to him and Travelodge Basingstoke.
Guy at the front desk with long hair super lovely! Made my stay that much nicer! It was a decent hotel but honestly the guy at the desk made me feel so welcome, and he was very helpful and friendly im definetly going to stay there again, great value , no complaints about the room !! :)
Simple low cost accommodation, staff were friendly efficient and helpful. Car park was able to cope with sites traffic and you could park free without worrying about your car getting dinged by cars around. The place was clean, tidy and from what we saw well maintained. We would certainly use again if in that area.
Lovely place, very well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. So close to lots of facilities, felt very safe walking around the area at night. Will definitely stay again if I'm in that area.
Lovely night shift staff, fella was a right laugh. Rooms aren't terrible- basics are there, could do with a/c on a hot night and more water pressure.
