As with almost all Premier Inn's I've stayed in, spacious, modern, clean, and excellent value for money. Love the beds and pillows, much nicer than some much more expensive hotels. Only downside to this stay was woken by the fire alarm at 6am on a Sunday morning and ruined my beauty sleep ðŸ˜
Great hotel ! Lovely and clean and new. Parking good too. Staff really nice. We did have an alarm go off intermittently though on Monday morning which scared us. We didn’t know if it was a test as no Cleaning staff were rushing out. No one on the front desk to ask when we left. If it was a test it would have been nice to be warned about it.
We are premier inn fans n use all the time as reliable, good clean rooms at fab prices.
Very warm welcome and basic but comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. Best Premier in we have used. The Beefeater adjacent was also good and breakfast is highly recommended.
No complaints at this hotel. As a family of 6 we stayed over the weekend and split ourselves in 3 rooms. Hotel was extremely well organised with Covid measures and rooms spotless and newly designed. Parking included. Really good place to stay with Costa next door, beefeater opposite (where we had breakfast), and the Quays less than a 10 minute walk away. Great stay and will definitely come back.
(Covid-19) Pretty good service although the room we booked didn't have the right bed configuration but they managed to fix that fairly soon.
