Stayed for 1 night. Felt like a hostel at check in but the rooms are superb and comfortable. As this is in the city centre, it is a noisy hotel with people coming and going regularly throughout the night and street noise with pubs and clubs emptying. If you are ok with this, it’s a great place to stay at an incredible price!

Stayed 2 nights and could not find fault with them at all. Clean, decent sized double rooms, spotless bathroom with roomy shower. Room fully equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave and crockery. Pleasant, helpful staff. No catering facilities except for a vending machine but you are right in the centre of town with lots of places to eat. Only short walk to the Quays where there are lots of good restaurants. Close to shops. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Can’t fault. Decided to use Central Hotel for a one night stay for a night out in Gloucester so admittedly we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but the room was immaculate and the staff were really friendly. Location was superb as minutes away from town (shopping and pubs/clubs) so whether you’re going for the day or night life then it is perfect and very reasonably priced!

Great place to stay in Gloucester very close to the coach and railway station. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff. The best thing we found in the room was the microwave and fridge in the room along with cutlery and plates and bowls. There was no phone in the room but it was fine. Noisy street just outside but not the hotel's fault, expected at any city centre hotel. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too.

Clean and friendly. No breakfast at the hotel. I slept well in my bed. My rating also reflects the price. Considering it was quite cheap, it’s worth 4 stars. In absolute measures it is 3 stars...
