From the moment we checked in with one of the most friendly and helpful reception staff until check out we found our stay comfortable and pleasing.
Considering what we paid for the room we were very impressed with the facilities and cleanliness, I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and would recommend an also use again myself
Damp apartment at brunswick sq noisy building site in adjoining property booked 6 nights could only stay one due to this and the refund they have promised has not arrived will put in claim not fit for purpose ! ......Had to wash all my clothing after 1 night due to damp/ mold smell... builders next door unbearable shouting , music, banging Avoid...!!!!
If you are thinking of booking through them, honestly you are better off dealing with another hotel company. Don't be fooled by their prices as they tend to over-charge you later on - as I have discovered on my bank statement. I have been charged twice for my booking for no reason and, when I have flagged the matter, they refused to refund me the amount offering gibberish explanation. Their strategy is based on scam. Avoid at all cost! No wonder they are flooded with bad reviews!
Very impressed with our room, location and facilities. Clean, tidy and practical. The bed was super comfortable! Perfect communication from the staff who were organised and always available. Highly recommend!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IN ALBION STREET CHELTENHAM GL52 2RW (NEXT DOOR TO CENTRAL HOTEL ) IS NOT! IS NOT! IS NOT PART OF THE CENTRAL HOTEL AND IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE WHICH MEANS STRICTLY NO PARKING FOR CENRAL HOTEL CUSTOMERS.
