Very cute place! Amazing garden & hot breakfast served! I loved the little antique touches around house. Is not modern but has a warm home atmosphere. Is just a short walk to town centre wich is lovelly! I will let photos compliment my review...

We stayed for one night last night and wanted somewhere just like this. It was absolutely lovely. The owners are equally lovely. The breakfast was great. It's a smashing little hidden gem 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We had one night in the guest house. The hosts were kind. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good. But there is no parking, you have to look for a street around where to leave the car. The bed was heavily perfumed with cheap cologne that felt very sharp. But the worst experience was that the owners accused us unfairly of smoking in the room because there was dust ash on the window and flowers under it. We toured almost all of southern England, but the experience was terrible. I think we really felt Brexit.

Last minute arrangements. Tour passengers insisting that driver stayed over night.Guest house is tucked away, nice spacious room, 4 poster bed, comfortable, Not ensuite, so if you need the loo in the night it's down the corridor, and very reasonable price for Cheltenham. Parking on a single yellow line after 18.00 hrs till 8am is free in the next street, Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday. Local permit bays are free only after 20.00 hrs till 8 am everyday. Breakfast is continental. Nightimes can be a bit noisy. Overall 99 out of 100 You get what you pay for, for those who have left poor reviews especially about the parking, I drive a 24ft long 8ft wide, 10ft high minibus and parked up without any problems even on a Saturday night. You really should look at the location before you book, parking on site at many guest houses is non existent anywhere in the UK. Hotels charge a premium in cities. Your negative feedback is uncalled for.
