Friendly staff. Clean rooms.felt hygienic in these extra hygienic times. Lovely sheets nice hot shower. Air con set a bit high for my liking but super easy to knock it down, check setting before going to sleep.
Nice express type of hotel at the heart of a city centre.
They even provided very good quality of breakfast during these covid days.
Hand Sanitizers are everywhere.
It was very busy also hence it was difficult for them to enforce social diatancing but it was recommended to maintain it everywhere in common areas.
Rooms are a bit small , this may be common in city centre hotels.
As a whole it was a satisfying experience even during this difficult period.
Lots of eateries literally opposite to hotel, 25% discount for next door NCP parking makes a life a bit easier for guests.
