Currently staying here for 5 nights, on the third morning so far and we’re loving it! I’m a single mum and came alone with 2 kids. Everyone really friendly, staff and fellow campers. Site is quiet by 10.30-11pm and have had no problem sleeping. Yes there are resident caravans but they are mostly well taken care of and their little gardens are lovely and the kids have enjoyed looking at them and talking to the residents. Yes there are a couple that haven’t been stayed in this year yet, but given the current circumstances that’s understandable as some may be isolating 🤷‍♀️ The toilets and showers were cleaned every day and we spoke to both of the cleaners who were also lovely and helpful. The only time we found issues with them is when other people staying totally disrespected the facilities and left them in a terrible condition, not the fault of the cleaners or the camp site staff but purely down to the people staying and using the facilities 🤷‍♀️ To be honest, I found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to help, my neighbour didn’t know how to change a gas bottle on his hired camper, so I spoke to the office and the owner Jason cane up and changed it for them, nothing was too much trouble. Would I stay here again? 100%!! In fact we are booking another stay before we leave! Thank you oven campsite, we love you! Michele, Devon and Layla xx

Lovely campsite but a bit noisy near road but we like electric hook up so can live with it. Friendly staff and good clean toilets and showers. Perfect for taking it easy or exploring further afield. We'll be back 👍👍👍

Large site, space for pitches are fine but the site washing and toilet facilities are a little run down. Its very much a family site with a pool and a children play area. It is a little noisy throughout the day and evening so in my opinipn not the place for older generation. Cannot fault the staff very friendly and helpful.

Just returned from this campsite. Meant to stay for 5 nights but left after 3. The pitches are lovely and big, and the cafe was nice. The showers and toilets are very dated and the toilets were filthy, with no soap at all on two separate occasions. Two of the womens blocks were closed completely. The bins were overflowing and stank. Unfortunately with all the caravans people left there permanently it looked shabby, with dumped sofas on some pitches. The site is a 5 minute drive to the beach which is lovely, but we wont ever be returning!

Beautiful place, loved it. Great showers, great facilities all around, lovely cheap slushies in the shop for the very hot days. ONLY issue was the map on the website is wrong with the pitches as May tree 1 and 2 are next to each other and not 1 and 3 like the map said
