Absolutely stunning place. Caravans were spacious and it felt like I was staying in a mini apartment. Loved the thought that went into the place. Super warm as well, well supplied with heating. Can't find any faults!

Was a great get away. Great online check-in available and directed promptly to where your caravan is on arrival. All staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A number was provided in rooms to text if any problems with caravan and response time is quick, however we had to wait over a day to get a response for the same problem. Luckily it wasn't such a cold night and staff were helpful when they did eventually arrive. Booking swimming etc was easy to do and many slots available. Restaurant on site served nice food and staff were amazing 👏. At peak times there can be up to an hour wait for food but you are informed before placing order. All in all a pleasant stay, my kids and friends all enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

nice and clean nice location, however staff are poor to react to complaints that I had made, lost written complaints (gone missing), avoiding communication with me, lack of concern, and head office were no better, took 7 months to get some real communication. park was good but customer care service needs a great improvement and attitudes towards customers especially ones with disabilities needs to be addressed.

I am completely wheelchair-bound I discovered that they were going to charge me an extra £60 just to be put in a disabled access caravan when I questioned this the receptionist was very unhelpful. Completely ruined experience as I was practically stuck in the caravan I couldn’t get out hardly if you are disabled I wouldn’t bother with them as they don’t welcome disabled people and they will just penalising you for it.

The holiday park is well looked after, very clean and tidy. All staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The caravan we stayed in was very clean and beds very comfy. Lovely big area for dog walking. Hope to be there next year.
