I am so disappointed in the service - or lack of - with this surgery. I completely appreciate the difficulties they have to navigate with the current situation, but I have been trying to get an appointment for months. It has been reason after reason that I can't get the appointment - not being able to speak to anyone, having them cancelled, being told there was an appointment for me at a different surgery, getting there and having no appointment. The appointment is an incredibly important one and I can't help but feel so many people are being neglected when there are still safe ways to see and treat people.

Ringing for 2 hrs and constantly busy, go to surgery and they tell you to ring surgery. USELESS. In need of urgent meds but can't get them.

The nicest experience I’ve had at a doctors in Southampton! Staff were friendly, it was clean and I didn’t mind waiting a little longer for my appointment as it was very calm in the waiting area. My doctor was so helpful made me feel super understood and even rang up after to check id got the correct prescription- going the extra mile for her patients. A MUCH nicer experience than I have had at other surgeries previously!

I appreciate that funding is short and doctors are short but I have had to wait weeks now to get an appointment, only to be told today that my appointment is cancelled and they can’t book any more until next Tuesday - and in a different surgery which is is not my local surgery and is much more difficult for me to get to. Bearing in mind that the appointment is for extreme tinnitus which has had a strong adverse effect on my quality of life for going on three weeks now, I don’t think that this is acceptable. I do not understand why I have been refused medical treatment for this long now. It is not plausible that a single doctor here could not spare ten minutes of their time over the past few weeks.

The reception are always helpful and friendly, I always feel listened to and heard, with reception and doctors and nurses, all the same, Professional, helpful and cared about, Cookie.
