Very good service and high quality rooms as expected from Premier Inn. Excellent level of cleanliness. Decent sound proofing and blackout curtains make for an undisturbed and restful nights sleep. I have had issues with Premier Inn before, such as rooms and bedding that smell of cigarette smoke, so was pleased to find that wasn't the case here.
Air con did not work very well, so room was very warm. Bathroom tap only had hot water. One of the kids' beds was very uncomfortable. Parking was poor, had to park quite far from the hotel. On the upside the main bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, the room was great and its a great
location for access to Portsmouth and the a27 to Sussex
