The staff was very rude today. Been to this place so many times before. Has been always happy, the old staffs were very welcoming and polite.
Today was unbelievable. The guy that answer the phone and who welcome you at the front was disgustingly rude, not welcoming at all. His behaviour was unacceptable.
It’s not acceptable to tell your clients “you can accept it or you can you leave” and show you the door?! Very poor customer service. Maybe should teach your staff some customer service manners.

We stopped in for lunch and offering both a set menu and a tapas style selection is a great way to get a taste of what is on offer. Fairly priced, decent sized portions, quick service and friendly staff amounted to a really good experience. Worth popping in.
Good customer service at good price
Meal was fantastic however they are not keeping to covid restrictions and they sat a family within a metre of our table. We hurried the rest of the meal as we didn't feel comfortable. We pointed this out when we go the bill but the waitress just made a face. There were plent of other tables so not sure why they did this
Had a lovely first time experience here. The food is amazing and the service and staff are just as great - very professional. The atmosphere is chilled, just the kind of feeling you want to enjoy when having dinner out.
