Ok I must admit as we drove by I thought the pub looked a bit dingy from the outside. Wow, I’m so glad I stuck with what I’d read and ventured inside. The staff were so welcoming, I felt like a long lost friend. All staff couldn’t be more welcoming. We were then shown through to the garden, which was lovely. Like a little oasis cut off from the rest of the town. The food was simple but so tasty. The team were able to deal with a few allergies that my family have which made the meal even more special. Nothing was any trouble. I’d definitely recommend taking a 5 minute walk away from the centre to relax in lovely surroundings and be looked after by such lovely staff. Thank you all.
