I have had " Global medical experience", this involved being stitched without anaesthetic, Dropped off a stretcher, Blood poisoning, oh and waking up on an operating table. Unfortunately none of the places that did this to me have the Google review option. Looking at the"scope" of some of the complaints here, I would say you are getting decent health care, I do not have a problem with the place or the staff and they seem to be able to pick up the phone when I call even if I have to wait a bit.

Such a difficult task to get an appointment here and when you do 1 whole hour after my appointment time I am still in the waiting room patiently waiting for my FIVE minutes appointment. The appointment system needs to be reviewed and improved. It’s one hurdle after the other. First when calling, it’s user busy and when it finally connects you’d have to wait for someone to answer only to be told no appointment available most times. When you are lucky to get a 5 minutes appointment it’s going to cost you about an hour of your time. Very far from ideal! 2 stars for availability of parking space.

Seriously bad practice . You call in advance for a routine appointment and get told to phone first thing in the morning , i:e 8 am. The phone's are constantly engaged and after 15 to 20 min of trying you get told there are no appointments left . The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For example one receptionist booked a late evening appointment at 6.20pm on a Wednesday and another receptionist says the latest appointment is 6pm and then says my original appointment was 5.40 ? When you check in on the automated screen it says 6.30 !😡😡 They mess up with blood tests. For another example my blood was taken on a Saturday and apparently the hospital forgot to pick this up ? So I had to arrange another appointment. This blood test was to monitor my kidneys due to the medication I was prescribed. Quite serious stuff . Way way too may mistakes. It makes you wonder how many more people have had this. So the whole process had to be repeated with follow up appointments with the GP and they are as rare as rocking horse s--t . I would mark them down minus 5 if it allowed but it does not allow you to do this I would avoid this practice if you want to stay healthy.

Does anyone ever answer the phone? 4 days in a row and no answer or no appointments available. Seriously considering changing doctors.

No support when caring for someone with vascular dementia. Unbelievable. My dad has been a patient for over 30 years and has never once gone to see a GP. You took the money for having him registered with you yet when he needs help his medication reviewed what do you do ........... nothing he is unable to come to the surgery as he is unable to walk so you keep giving his medication with no review or blood tests........ shame on you I don’t think that is legal!!! When we call and say he is having problems swallowing his tablets answer crush then and put them in a spoonful of jam. Demeaning no empathy no support I’m disgusted beyond words...........
