I miss the office at south Ruislip...it would be so handy if it was still there. sadly as the office is at Ruislip and the new old dairy sight being built up i don't trust the traffic. Thank you to Everyone at Ruislip cars for over the years when I was a care worker made my life easy. The banter in the cab office. The Awesome drivers and the help you all gave me when times were tough for me. I'm sorry that I never got around to leaving a review but you really did give me so much help. I just want to say how greatful I am! I miss you. But sadly not around the corner anymore and I'm not working the same job or having time to go to Camden anymore. Thank you for everything ruislip cars!

Avoid this cab firm - i had prebooked 6 cabs for a set price per cab. A low competitive price compared to others but only 4 cabs turned up and demanded additional payment to what was agreed before they would take us to our location. We ended up paying an extra £27. I contacted the firm and the owner at least six times to sort this out and they have not returned any of my calls or refunded the difference in payment. You have been warned, you will be ripped off !! You will be quoted a low price but asked to pay more before they will drop you to your location.

Brilliant Service. Was in Ruislip on saturday and used this company twice on saturday night. Lady on phone was lovely and the two cars were a) on time and b) very tidy and presentable. The drivers were very friendly and professional. Overall brilliant service. Will keep number on phone and use next time.

A few years ago I used to use Ruislip cars very often, however once when I was in central London I pre ordered a cab to come back to Ruislip. When this cab was an hour and five minutes late I rang the firm to tell them I was going to book a cab from central London as the service was unacceptable. To which an operator completely switched their persona saying a driver was already on their way and how unacceptable this was. After this I stopped using Ruislip cars, however this morning when left with no choice I decided to use them again. They were fifteen minutes late after I called the office three times, which consequently meant that I was picked up at quarter to 9 instead of half past 8 and I was late to work. Unacceptable service and wish I never made the error to use them again.

Pre booked a cab for a specific time and it was late. I called up to see where it was and I was told it was on my road. 10 minutes later I called again and was told it was in a completely different area. When I told the operator I wouldn't be paying full fare as it was 15 minutes late, I was told that they would cancel the cab and I would have to book elsewhere. The cab controller was rude and hung up the phone on me. Not a cause of the cab drivers organising his time better, it was everyone elses fault but their own or the driver. Ordered an uber and it was there in literally 1 minute for the same price.
