Went for a coffee during the morning. The Starbucks was good and the service faultless. However there are no seats in the Starbucks area and the Village in does not allow sitting in the bar area to drink one's coffee. We had to go outside and sit on damp wooden benches. Sorry Village Hotel not the best customer impression to give.
Excellent modern hotel. Staff were first class. Professional, helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Food was good and rooms had everything you needed. We'll definitely be back.
Room was clean except one little thing - when we lifted arm chair cushion we saw food leftovers from previous visitors and clothing tag (added photo). Room looked nice and modern. Food at the restaurant was less than average. Swimming pool was nice.
Had a lovely stay here since they have opened up again. The pub and restaurant on site is very impressive and you can order using the app now. Very smart. Great screens for the football. Nice hotel rooms, excellent staff. They also kept some lost property of mine and I collected the following week. Thankyou Samantha for your email and help ! I will stay again for sure
