I had stayed in Premier Inn Farnborough for two nights (August 16 and August 17, 2020) because of my car appointment for maintenance and have a replacement done. Great customer service from hotel staff and comfortable room.
Also I had made a mistake while booking the room which I had chosen the wrong date, I had called saying I meant to have the room for that night and I was given a cancellation and a refund. And I rebooked the room for the correct date.
Turned up quite late, around 10pm, lady on the desk was very welcoming. However, the room k was given hadn't been cleaned at all. Bed wasn't made, there was people left over toiletries and wet towels on the floor and a bag on the floor. Went to reception to be given another room, this time the TV didn't work. Once I got into the third room everything was as expected. But not what I wanted after a very long day at work away from home.
Friendly and positive. I made a mess of my original booking and it was sorted by the young lady Dion on the desk. No hassle couldn't have helped more thankyou
