Comfortablen clean place to stay overnight very economical. Good night sleep on the wonderful pillows and mattress. It's a shame breakfast wasn't available due to the current situation but no fault of Premier Inn

Hotel itself not too bad but staff had bad attitude towards customers.food was awful mainly past type dishes obviously out of packets and into microwave.cost approx £8 per person .disgusting. breakfast was slightly better but staff seemed to think it more important to chat to their colleagues rather than serve customers or clean dirty crocks off tables. We definitely will not be staying there again.

It was better outside of the government restrictions. No restaurant facilities in the evening so had to get the car out to go into town and the breakfast buffet served on the plate at the table in the morning had some undercooked items too. Not an easy stay and perhaps not the best Premier Inn experience either unfortunately. The staff were friendly and tried to sort it out, but can't really say it was the stay we expected.

We arrived at this hotel at 9pm and when we got to our room the hypnos bed only had 2 pillows but there was no phone in the room to call reception to ask for more so I had to either use my mobile and search for the number of the hotel or walk back down to reception. We rang down to reception. We also only had 2 tea bags in the room and our breakfast time were we told was 10am so after drinking our one and only cup of tea we were thirsty until 10am the next morning. The vanity mirror standing room only to put your make up on or doing your hair, This hotel is less that 3 star in my opinion and I would not stay here again although the morning breakfast staff were very friendly and caring
