Very spacious location with separate spaces for functions. I attended a singalong film screening in one of the function rooms. The atmosphere was great. The long tables and benches added to the German bierkeller theme. They were also very sturdy for dancing on! My only small criticism was that the food I ordered (a burger) was very dry by the time it arrived. They were offering a small "events" menu as there were over 100 people in attendance. However, I felt the distribution of the food and drinks may have been handled a little more efficiently. On the whole, I would recommend it and I'd like to go back.

We had an incredible time in here for a stag weekend. Huge steins, comedic, live entertainment and a great atmosphere. We bought the VIP access which came with free steins and bratwurst, and to my surprise had a Vegan option! Would recommend this place any day.

I went to the Disney sing along last night with my family and it was so bad that it was comedic. Their were 3 women and 1 man who dressed up as multiple characters, none of them knew the words and were singing them wrong. The one woman who dressed up as belle was an amazing singer (but again was singing the wrong words) then their was a woman dressed as Cinderella and her voice kept breaking and croaking and she was getting out of breath right from the beginning and then their was another young lady that was dressed as Ariel and Rupunzel and she was so bad. She looked miserable the whole time, she couldn't sing, and she was terrible with the kids. At one point she had something wrong with her bra and got Belle to sort it out for her on the stage in front of the kids. Also all their microphones kept cutting out too and were using eachothers. I would watch this again if I was drunk and it was a comedy act. I would not take children who adore Disney characters to see this show and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It was completely embarrasing.

I came here on a quiet afternoon to watch the football. I was searched on arrival, where I had to.give up a plastic bottle of water because "who knows what dangerous stuff you could have put in it". Then when I got in, none of the many screens were showing the game. At least when I left two minutes later, they gave me my water back. But who knows what dangerous stuff they could have put in it...

I must say by all accounts, Bierkeller is by far the most festive and ideal venue in Cardiff for celebrations, work parties, and any function, including best in UK for watching sport! The service is excellent, sumptuous food, friendly staff! Congratulations to management! Venue I will frequent! A must for the festive season...Check it out!
