I use there severices every week to get from work( the same location every week) to Aldershot and have had no problem until today..... gave my location to the operator because it's a newish estate the postcode doesnt come up so gave the name of the road etc so she then asks me can you tell me the name of the road it's off and I apologise and said no I can't because I'm working I cannot run down the road and check! She then replied I will have to take a deposit from you because it's out of area... I apologised and said no I don't have a card with me to do that on I then asked why this has never happened to me before and is this a new thing? She replied no it's not new and we can't pick you up unless you have pay a deposit..... im gutted as all the driver are really friendly and I know there isn't much business with lock down at the moment ...and plus I'm now late to collect my daughter from school!!!

I used to use them regularly until one of their drivers came banging on my door at my home shouting at me. There had been a mix up over payment and no one from Rushmoor had contacted me about it. I wrote to them to express my concerns and how incredibly uncomfortable I was but got no reply from them. Not professional at all to send someone to your house!!

I just want to thank drivers Rachel and Des. I had an emergency this evening which necessitated booking a taxi. When I booked the taxi, I explained the circumstances and I used the service for both the outbound and inbound trips. Both drivers were exceptionally friendly, kind, excelled in customer service and they were genuinely nice people. Thank you so so so very much. I cannot thank them enough and the company for which they both work.

Mum and I were taken home on Friday by a brilliant lady driver and today a great man who gives Mum banter, I feel confident that she is with a great firm that will look after her. Thank you, just wish I knew your names to let everyone know how brilliant your service is. Thank you Lyn 👍👍
