I feel completely ripped off having stayed here. I was expecting a no-frills stay and was aware the single rooms had a shared bathroom. I wasn't expecting the room to be quite as bad as it was though, it was nothing like the pictures at all. The bed was okay but the room had a horrible mould smell, likely from the broken radiator that appears to have once upon time been leaking. Judging by the dust on the top of it, it has been broken for a long time too. I also heard a very worrying noise during the final night of my stay that sounded like a rodent scratching away at the dry wall. I really hope it wasn't that. I don't normally complain, but for the price I paid I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. On the up-side, the pub itself is alright and the staff all seemed friendly.

Wow. Just wow. Amazing place, I’m in awe. I came here from Australia with my brother and my dad. And we want to live here. Such amazing rooms, comfortable, convenient and the staff are like my friends. I’m so grateful of my stay and how wonderful we have been treated. Love to come back again. Thank you so much, staff members ! ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were amazing. Had a lockdown refurb and looks incredible. Very welcoming and great beer
