Great local pub with great food. Table checks are done all the time. I went in today and they gave me a flat coke, I got a genuine sorry and a replacement within a couple of minutes do I had no real inconvenience.
All tables are spaced and it seems very secure for anyone worried about being too close to others.
It was really lovely, we was there to celebrate my mother and aunty in-laws 70th birthday. We was allocated a large room so we could eat our meal together, their was 15 of us. The service was very good and the food was most enjoyable.we stayed over night and the rooms were lovely and clean, so comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. Della was amazing.
Staff were really friendly and helpful .food was really lovely, and you didn't have to hang about for it for too long, even though the place was busy. Reasonably priced.

This is an excellent pub and hotel. Food is great. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fully Covid compliant. I will be back.
Great little spot for lunch or dinner and a perfect pint of Greene king IPA. Absolutely superb. The staff here I found were very attentive and always checked everything was ok for you. My fillet steak was cooked to perfection and it’s a very cosy pub to visit with lovely brickwork and modern interior. Check it out for sure!
