Situated in a picturesque village, there is a car park at the side. There is a good welcome, and the pub is clean, and comfortable. A good English menu with choice of small or larger plates of food, it was all well cooked. Nice selection of deserts. Service was very attentive, and we felt very comfortable. The ladies was very clean and well equipped. A traditional English pub worth a visit.
Called last thing on a Sunday and they fitted us in. Food was lovely. Didn't realise we had stayed beyond closing but wasn't told it was time to go and kept talking to us throughout.
Great setup, ordered online and picked up no problems. Very friendly landlady. Handy transportable container for a well required lockdown pint!
We had a lovely afternoon there with friends.
