I paid for the best room really disappointed. Then the breakfast was appalling unless you like undercooked food like raw . I would never recommend or stay here again overpriced and poor quality in all area's 😖😖

Enjoyed our stay at The Penny Farthing . Very friendly, lovely and clean . Excellent breakfast . Will definitely stay again .

The rooms are very poorly lit and if you're staying in the main thoroughfare to reception then expect a lot of noise, especially when breakfast is served in the morning. The shower was either hot or had water pressure, I couldn't get it to be both. Breakfast was very average and could do with expanding the hot options (e.g. there were no hash browns) and continental options (more fruits and pastries). Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

Solid place to stay. Friendly. Clean. Nice room. Comfy bed. Decent shower. Good breakfast. Good location. No complaints.
