A nice place to get your head down, family room was a good size and very good value for money. Staff are friendly and the appropriate covid measures were in place (at the time of writing). Very clean. Have given 5 stars but it was a shame we couldn't have enjoyed the bar and restaurant as intended, but that's not the hotel's fault. Did not opt for breakfast but it did smell nice.
Absolutely fantastic service from a very smiley and helpful Holly. And as always a great night's sleep.
Something's going on at this hotel... my online booked room at £30 could not be found & now had to pay £64.. it seemed that most people had the same problem with the pre booked rooms... apart from that.. the rooms & services are great... but the broadband speed is useless.. 1-2MB? The bar & restaurant was closed, which is understandable. I will not be staying there again!!
Clean and well furnished accommodation. Great value for money and very helpful staff...
This Premier Inn only has spring mattresses, not the foam ones found across the country when they had a deal with silent night. This means it's pot luck if your room has got a decent mattress or a knackered one. I've been here a few times and experienced both ends of the spectrum. They have also scrapped the "no good sleep then money back" offer, so if your room has bad mattress then definitely tell reception immediately and get your room changed.
Mattresses aside, the parking is good and venue is clean. Hence overall 3/5.
