Went there for a birthday breakfast. This place is so infuriating. We have experienced some bad breakfasts here and a few very good one's too. Fed up complaining to them. Just get it right please without the excuses. I don't want to be told the toaster only toasts one side of the bread. Toast the other side then. "Sorry, we're busy" is not an excuse or is it acceptable.

Ideal place especially taking children to a grown up restaurant. Prices are excellent also there is a free salad bar but you cannot help yourself a waitress will serve you, just tell them what you would like also you can go back again for a refill. Fizzy drink bar ( coke, Sprite pepsi etc) pay for one and have a free refill. Excellent value for money. Meals are good value for money and proportion are excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they are competent with dealing with dietary requirements. The food was good, the only thing that would make it better was if there was any way for you to be able to go to the breakfast bar yourself. But understandable at the current time, the staff did give options of collecting food from bar and bringing it back to us.

We had a lovely evening from the start. The lady on the door was so pleasant and had a good bit of banter with us whilst we were deciding where to sit. As it was packed we chose to sit in the bar area to order food. Everything that came out was great and nobody had any issues with any of their food. The desserts were incredible, the rocky horror especially. (Warm brownie in an ice cream sundae, what's not to like!?) I have to shout out Jon behind the bar. He was incredible, so patient with us whilst he served us and multi tasking like a boss. It seemed like people kept bringing glasses and glasses for him but he always kept a clean and tidy bar and a smile on his face. Will 100% be back because of him. Give that man a raise!

Had such a great experience. Did not book and so were told we could order from the bar and sit in that area. Lots of space and we were really impressed with the food quality. The guy behind the bar was really nice and prompt with taking our plates. Will definitely be back.
