Yes!!! This is exactly what Watford was missing. What a lovely cafe/bar. I popped in for lunch last week and it was excellent. A simple but varied menu catering to all dietary needs (great choices available for vegans/veggies). I highly recommend the mac & cheese! The service was excellent and you can see that the owners have really thought through every little detail. I was so impressed I already returned this weekend for drinks with friends and was not disappointed. The downstairs bar is beautiful, loving the garden inspired look. Again, we were looked after wonderfully so no doubt I’ll be back soon..Thank you!

Enjoyed fabulous West Indian food. The lamb was so tender along with yummy sweet potatoes. A wonderful different off the beaten track treat. Thank you!

Myself and husband have visited twice now and both times have been fantastic! Great drinks, great food and great service! We enjoyed drinks in the downstairs bar first of all which is such a cool and quirky space to be in. On our second visit we enjoyed the Greek and Cheese boards with lots of lovely wine in the upper bright and airy cafe bar area! I also sampled one of the new yummy cocktails! This is the perfect date night, coffee catch ups, lunch with the girls and cocktail nights venue all wrapped into one! I already look forward to another visit after Lockdown!

My daughter and I dropped by for brunch today. The cafe is very pleasant and decorated beautifully. A very warm welcome too. There is a good menu, enough choice but not over fussy! We tried the smashed avacado on toast and a fishfinger sandwich. Both were great! Very fresh and good quality produce. Had a look at the bar downstairs which is lovely. With talk of cocktails, wine tasting and a good choice of sharing platters we will definitely be coming back to try these out on an evening. So nice to have a good quality, independent venue to eat and socialise in Watford. Highly recommend.

Have been wanting to try this place out since it opened a few weeks ago, so arranged to meet a friend for lunch. We were so impressed with everything! Great decor and atmosphere, with friendly staff and a fantastic selection of food - including gluten free and vegan options. Can't wait to come back for an evening in the downstairs bar!
