Due to covid-19, i understand and respect the new regulations however the process to enter the venue needs to be improved. There is a track and trace system to confirm my attendance however another form had to be completed to reserve a bay. That option should be available as part of the track & trace online for customer convenience. Instead of arriving to the spot abd having to wait 3 hours, i could have prebooked during the journey to reduce waiting time. Many people were waiting outside, sitting on the ground, loitering, waiting in their cars. Ease improve this system.

Very enjoyable l. Great service. Only complaint would be the condition of there golf clubs. But I normally use my own anyway. Following covid guide lines very well. Very clean and very aware

As much as the experience is good fun, it takes a long time to get to that point. You queue just to queue again when let inside, and the system they implement could be optimised as there's a lot of issues. Food was decent though!

We called up to book and was informed we didn't have to as "it wasn't that busy today" when we arrived, there was nowhere to park and aboit 45 minute wait. Gentleman at the desk had an "i dont care" attitude. Didnt make eye contact until at the end of talking at us. 2nd desk, the lady was very polite and inviting. When we finally made it to the desk to pay, the lady serving us spoke very quietly and then looked as if she was getting annoyed as we had to ask politely for her to repeat herself several times. We sat and ordered food and drinks and out waitress was bubbly and very polite. The text messaging service was confusing, we received our text to go to a bay ( we wasn't informed which bay) ended up in a bay upstairs (number 40), set up and then 5 minutes into our 1st game, relieved a text to tell us that bay 9 was set up and ready for us. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall had a nice day out. I just feel that there could be a feel little things improved to make the overall experience that bit better.

Massively disappointed after visiting other top golfs in the USA. Came here expecting the same but it’s nothing like as good. Firstly the entire place felt dirty and looked worn & tired. The actual golf bays were looking old and the club selection was poor. The games aren’t automated, basically you can’t select and play different games like in the US. The ball feeder isn’t automated either so your placing each ball on the tee (ok, no big deal but again just not as advanced and “cool” as others I’ve visited. The service was fine, no complaints but the whole place just needs improving. I’m not sure if visit again.
