Took over 2 hours to answer the phone and when they did answer, the guy was very rude and was quick to hang up the phone again. I wanted information on if I had left my wallet in the shop but was told to "come in and look yourself" even after identifying to see if it is the same wallet.

Had to make a complaint to head office about the post office for them calling me a liar also giving me non legal tender ie the old pounds then they deny it I've only pulled money out there so it's not come from anywhere else hopefully an apology will come my way then I will drop all further investigations not best pleased
