We stayed for the night and when we arrived we were greeted with a beaming smile. We got into our room and it had not been finished, the bed was not made and there was no towels but was still clean. We mentioned it to the lovely reception team who could not have helped us enough! They moved us straight over to a new room on another floor. In the morning the staff over at the beefeater where you go to have your breakfast were all amazing. We didn't want much to eat between 4 of us so they only charged us for 2 breakfasts. Honestly well worth the stay and we'll worth the money.
Quiet and comfortable. Finally realised that I need a decent new bed as I slept well. Linked to the Beefeater next door. Would have liked a small bar in the hotel to socialise with other guests.
Expensive
Very clean, staff polite and professional. Restaurant staff are excellent, food was very tasty
Disappointing. I understand that social distancing is important but if you are not providing a full service eg. making/changing beds etc. Don't charge the full price. Same with the breakfast. A lot of what we asked for wasn't available, but still charging full price. 2 Weetabix, 2 croissants, a banana and 2 toast should not have come to £6.99.....
