The food is great, the service impeccable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a lot like hotel rooms everywhere ... except for the artworks, which are 'eclectic'. The kids say this is a vulture carrying a baby. My wife says "it must be a stork".

We visited this place for brunch and the service and food were impeccable.
Both of the two waitress on duty this morning were friendly, lovely, smiling and top notch professional.
Really impressed and first place I see taking so seriously the actual Government guide lines

Went for afternoon tea.. very nice ..throughly enjoyed it .the waiter was very pleasant.. had a great afternoon with my daughter and daughter in law.
Location is great. Right in the middle of Stevenage old town. Parking, good breakfast, comfortable room.
