I'm gonna give it a 5 star soley because of the customer service. We went to a restaurant about 20 mins away and need a night stay. The spa was closed due to covid as was the gym. Tyrell the bartender really knows how to provide good customer service. He gave recommendations of cocktails, knows how to converse and get to know his customers. The ladies at reception were also very kind and helpful in setting up a room for my friends birthday.
Very nice hotel to stay at, the room we stay in. amazing food was a 100% and you get black pudding with breakfast if you like it.

Very cosy stay and staff were friendly. We forgot some stuff (shirt and charger) and they very kindly posted it to us when we contacted them after our stay.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious 😋 Rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend it! 😊
Went for my daughters hen afternoon tea, was wonderful staff were amazing, made us feel special highly recommended
