Staff were awesome. Gym manager Adam so nice and friendly. Restaurant staff member Eliss was extremely considerate, helpful and accommodating. Love staying at the village hotel. This is the first time staying at Watford and will stay again.
Excellent rooms & Gym is fantastic
The parking is an additional charge which is a shame but the service in the bar / restaurant is painfully slow. Just needs a restaurant manager as the team appear to be trying hard but need to be better organised.
Food not great and expensive for pub-grub. Given the quality of the gym it is a surprise there are very limited healthy options.
Also V works - just not managed at all and anyone wondering in which makes it inappropriate for business.
Very clean and the staff is very helpful, the gym is one of the best especially the swimming pool add the showers are perfect.
Cool funky hotel. Staff are great. But a pit pricey.
Great bar and restaurant. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. The decor was dark but worked well with the lighting in the room.
