We had a really nice lunch today. Steak & Ale pie with mash & beans & gorgeous gravy. My husband had calamari & salad. Good food & cheerful staff.

Sunday lunch was very good. Table outside by the stream, portions were of a large size so you had better be hungry! Will definitely return to this pub again.

Outdoor seating is well spaced in a marquee or outside on picnic benches. Very nice food and friendly staff. Pretty location. Toilets provided in a smart cabin.

Food was unfortunately less than acceptable. Sent two of the dishes back and then was accused of being rude to the waitress as I had said it was not acceptable. Subsequently I was barred from the pub by the landlady because I wouldn't pay for what I sent back. Apart from that lovely pub n staff were nice and friendly.
