Booked a queen sized bed and was given a double. Not suitable or comfortable. Receptionist tried to fob us off like we didn't know the difference. Toilet bowl was cracked also. Most disappointing..

Spent the night here for work purposes. Very nice clean tidy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. On site parking and close to amenities.

Really nice hotel for the price. Very clean, spacious rooms with a modern feel. Comfy bed, slept really well. Would definitely use again.

Zero dairy free or vegan awareness (though staff very friendly). Asked what menu options there were and I was offered a halloumi starter, a vegetarian pizza, a salad with feta cheese... then offered (dairy) cream on a coffee drink 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ They do however have soya and almond milk. Won’t be eating here. Menu has no allergens listed.

Lovely hotel, very nice staff and reasonably priced. The food from the restaurant was good too, I couldn't fault anything with my stay.
