A great service, highly recommended. 10/10
Disgraceful! Cancelled the reservation of my mom 9 days out leaving me with a headache to frantically find somewhere close for her to stay as she is arriving from abroad. Openly admitted that our reservation was cancelled because she received a longer term offer which of course is financially more attractive for her. 0 hospitality and shocking customer service management.
not recommended - reservation was cancelled short term with no apology or help provided!!
