Not my cup of tea. It's good for a one or two nights stay. Don't recommend for too long. The staff was very helpful and smilling. Happy to help and swiftly too. They seem to be safe and clean. Aircon is not cooling. It's very very affordable.
RECEPTIONIST JOHN IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING WEEK ON WEEK
I’m a weekly user of Jurys Inn Watford and one of the main reasons I’m a loyal and regular user unfailingly is due to the fabulous receptionist John.
He has been wonderful with me week on week and as long as he’s there, rest assured I’ll be at that hotel, and that hotel only in Watford weekly.

I had a fantastic stay here, staff were amazing, place was beautiful
No customer service. Staff need training. Good facilities but staff let the hotel down. Have stayed in other Jury's and had excellent service, just Watford I am afraid.
