Lovely barn conversion with wonderful hosts. Comfortably housed 8 adults and 3 kids. Martin giving us the tour of the farm whilst feeding the animals was a highlight for the kids. Spa next door was great as was the jacuzzi.

Green Farm has the potential to be a little haven of a retreat. There are some super elements, my massage & facial with Kirsty were probably the best ever & lunch in the barn was delicious, with fresh ingredients & homemade soups which was lovely. The whole experience didn’t quite gell. We arrived at 11.00 but it was clear no one was quite ready or organised. There was no where really to sit, no privacy. A class was going on in the barn so we sat in the tiny reception for about 45 minutes & it was too cold. My friend was frozen after her treatments, she didn’t even want to get in her robe. After lunch we had use of the hot tub & sauna (both outside). We had to search for someone to take the lid off the hot tub & the same again to be shown where the sauna was. We only had one towel each provided so by the time we’d been in the hot tub this was wet but we had to use it getting to the sauna (outside) & again when we showered on leaving. So you see elements were good & some were not. This was an expensive day out, a luxury retreat (£170). The other point of note is it’s a very short day 11.00 to 15.30. The price is a concern.
