Half half experience. Arrived at noon for lunch - it took 15 mn for someone to ask me whether I wanted anything... although there only was one other group in the pub so not a rush hour. If you open at noon, please at least have someone behind the bar :) The food is excellent: the smoked celeriac, apricot and almond bulgur wheat was superb and the menu was really mouthwatering. I can only applaud the amazing selection of craft beer. The price of the latter, though, is insane: Siren sells their Guava Sour at £4.5... The Bull at a steep £7! Same goes for London Beer Factory’s Gateaublaster at... £14.95. Maybe also worth serving craft beer in their proper (or neutral) glass? The Siren came in Curious Brew one. That kind of detail matters to beer lovers - especially at that price. Good place to stop. Just a few details to maybe reconsider :) The food is a real delight so do give it a try. I have booked a table to come back next week: they have a hickory smoker, curious to taste their creations

We absolutely love the Bull. We have stayed overnight, eaten in the bar, the restaurant and in the wonderfully refurbished Courtyard. I have worked as a Wedding Photographer here in the Buttery and their service cannot be faulted. They are smooth running, professional but personal, warm and in a gorgeous setting. My Husband and I also got married here. It really is a favourite of ours and we are lucky to be so close.

Sat in garden so didn't need to pass over any details which is a plus for us. Food was great but on the expensive side as they didn't offer a lunch menu. It was around £60 for 3 of us with 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 was a half pint.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. I really enjoyed to stay here. You can eat delicious English breakfast. The staff very helpful and kind.
