Visited here last year and had one of the best steaks I've ever had. Tonight we popped in for a quick drink and everything is still lovely in there, all set up very safely and the staff are still just as friendly and helpful as last time.

Really good pub, food was fantastic (really recommend the burger!). Only slight downside was the lack of awareness that there is a pandemic going on. There was no one way system, no distancing, shared cutlery and condiments etc. I took my own precautions so wasn't overly concerned but it was very much like they thought that the pandemic was something that was happening to other people. Really friendly staff tho. I imagine the fact that they lost a large lump of their establishment to a fire recently weighs heavily on them but you honestly couldn't tell. Highly recommended, but make sure you make your own covid arrangements.

Stopped by for a pint and snack, great real ale, well looked after and we had soup of the day and a duck scotch egg starter. Both meals were lovely and full of taste. Definitely be going back when passing.

Great food, great atmosphere and clean toilets. We had the fish sharing platter off the new menu. It had everything on it and was extremely tasty.

Great food and drink. Harvey's in great nick , friendly service , excellent steak. No bargain , but on balance , worth it.
