We have just returned back from a 2 night stay in the family pod at Cringoed caravan park and will definitely be returning. The site is beautiful and so well looked after. There is a river right next door which our little boy loved playing in. The facility were clean and there is also a washing machine and fridge if you need them. If you want a nice quiet site then this is your place.
BEAUTIFUL, incredibly well kept pretty little site nestled in a little valley beside a small river. One of the nicest sites as touring 'caranvanners' that we've visited. Stunning scenery & views.
We received a warm welcome at 9pm (again apologies four our late arrival) and were walked to our pitch by one of the lovely owners.
Bumped into the other owner on his rounds in the morning who is a very nice chap. He stopped to have a little natter with us and ask us how our night was (it was extremely windy!). He's very proud of his lovely site & rightly so; he obviously puts a lot of work and passion into it and it shows.
I haven't ever visited a site where each water point is bordered with potted plants! Little things like this make all the difference.
It's nicely laid out and neat without being uniform in any way. Each of the statics are well kept.
It's a very peaceful and relaxed site. Loved being beside the small river. The park for children is a nice little park; again well cared for.
Toilet block & washing up area very clean & tidy. Nice warm powerful showers.
I also like the fact that the bin area is situated at the entrance end of the site tucked away from all the caravans and from sight.
Would definitely visit again.
