Rung them to arrange for someone to help us switch on our boiler in a property we’d bought and to have a boiler service. Said they’d ring us back. Rung a few days later said they didn’t have anything. They’d ring when they could find a slot. Not heard since, that’s over 6 weeks ago. Absolutely terrible. Luckily someone put us in touch with J Kneale who helped us out straight away to get boiler up & running and serviced boiler within a couple of days.
