Working mens club, locals, regulars all very friendly & the bar staff go out of their way to keep their customers happy & service to a standard people are used to. A few of us took a friend & neighbour for a few drinks to celebrate her 50th in the afternoon due to lockdown & most of the regulars ended up celebrating too. Lol.
Great cheap friendly no nonsence club everyone welcomed
Good local to relax enjoy a jar or two
Bar staff are great and the lager good and reasonably priced. However the customers have their own little click and their own seats which you will be told to move from if they come in.You walk through the door and stared at by those in the club blatantly. The last 3 times ive been you could feel the tension in the room with everybody talking about everybody else but behind each others backs.I only go in now really when Im invited to a christening, birthday party and funerals. Sad really it used to be a great place.
